Unbroken #10

    One of Louie's crew members died after 33 days at being at see. On the 47th day Louie's raft finally reaches land and him and his crew our captured by the Japanese Navy. Louie is now a POW and being is being severely tortured. Will Louie make it out alive?

Unbroken #9

        Louie and his crew have been stranded on their life raft for a long time now. While they were laying out there the men see a plane coming low and traveling slowly. All the men start making noise and waving their arms wildly, but the plane begins shooting at them. A Japanese plane had tried to kill them but luckily hadn't hit anyone. The men placed a tarp over them so they would not be seen. Louie and his crew are still stranded in the middle of the ocean.

Unbroken #8

    Sharks started swimming around their tiny inflatable life boat. The men were hungry tired and dehydrated. The men caught a bird and tried eating it. It tasted so bad when uncooked that the men couldn't even eat even though they hadn't eaten in days. So they used the bird as bate to catch some fish. They caught a few small fish but the blood attracted more sharks. The men could feel the sharks as they rubbed against the bottom of their raft. The fins of the shark would swim up right next to the raft and then dip underwater and push against the bottom of the raft. How much longer can louie survive?

Unbroken #7

     Louie was sent on a mission to find some lost troops. Louie's plane crashed into the ocean and immediately sank. Louie and two other men were stuck living in the middle of the ocean The men were given chocolate rations before they left but only enough for a few days. One of the guys Louie was with, at night ate all of the chocolate when he had a nervous breakdown. This left Louie and the other men to figure out how to survive.

Unbroken #6

      Air training has started for Louie. Louie is beginning to get used to the flying and isn't getting air sick as much anymore. Louie is taught how operate two different bomb sights. One being very inexpensive and the other costing double the average house at the time. Louie has made friends with his co-piolt and gunner. He has been training for a while and will be going to war in a few months.

     Louie has been training for the 1940 Olympics until he finds out that the Olympics have been cancelled.This crushes Louie's hopes and dreams. There is going to be a draft for WWII. Louie all of his life has ben scared of flying. Louie heard that if you don't enlist in the branch you want that you do not get to choose which branch of the military you are drafted to. Louie signs up for the Army Air Corps. He has decided he i going to concur his fear of flying.

Unbroken #4

     Louie has raced in the 1936 olympics in Germany and placed 7th in the 5,000 meter. After his race that night he and his friends went out on the town. He realized that there were more Nazi flags outside and inside buildings. Stores with the star of david on it had their windows smashed. Germany had hidden the Nazi image when the olympics were in town but had gone back to the way it was shortly after the olympics  had finished.
